Steve Grimes Speaks at China Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit 2018

Litigation Partner Steve Grimes spoke at the 12th Annual China Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit 2018 on October 26 in Shanghai. The program is focused on enhancing compliance strategies and risk management skills useful for businesses operating around the world.

Steve delivered opening remarks on day two of the summit where he highlighted the increasing compliance risks in China and stressed the importance of effective risk identification and management framework. In addition, Steve joined compliance officers, legal counsel, and auditors for the “Minimizing Risk from Distributors, Vendors, Brokers, and Intermediaries” panel, which discussed topics including:
