Scott Naidech Speaks at ACG New York’s Private Funds Breakfast

Winston & Strawn sponsored and Private Equity Partner Scott Naidech spoke at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New York’s SEC’s Focus on Private Funds Westchester Breakfast on October 20, 2017. The event featured a panel discussion on the SEC’s past focus on private funds, as well as other compliance and regulatory matters affecting private funds and their impact on funds in the healthcare, financial services, energy and infrastructure, and technology sectors. The panel discussed the following topics:
