Cohen Speaks at EBRD Brown Bag Lunch Series

Winston & Strawn London-based attorney Daniela Cohen spoke at the European Bank For Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) seminar “Legal Issues Surrounding Investment in NPL: A Focus on the Romanian Market” in London on June 10, 2014. The presentation was part of a program of “brown bag lunches” organised by EBRD for its in-house legal department and included two partners from Romanian firm Volciuc Ionescu.

Ms. Cohen discussed current trends in NPL trading, due diligence issues, and other common issues like the suitability of loans, split signing and completion, and post completion. She is an English qualified solicitor and a corporate associate whose practice focuses on corporate lending and finance transactions.
