Ronald Rothstein Discusses Class Actions at CLE International Food Law Conference

Litigation Partner Ronald Rothstein spoke at CLE International’s inaugural Food Law Conference on March 18 in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Rothstein spoke on a panel concerning class action damages. Other panels included:

• FDA Labeling Laws
• The New FSMA Regulations
• Food Marketing Claims

Mr. Rothstein has substantial first-chair experience in complex commercial matters, including class action and Lanham Act false advertising, trademark and cybersquatting litigation, and copyright litigation. He has successfully handled numerous class action false advertising, trademark, and domain name cases in federal courts throughout the United States. He also represents clients before the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureaus in false advertising matters.
