Ricardo Ugarte Discusses Investment Treaty Arbitration

Ricardo Ugarte, managing partner of Winston & Strawn’s Geneva office, discussed investment treaty arbitration at a seminar hosted by the United Nations and the Organization of American States. The event was held on December 4, 2012 in Quito, Ecuador.

Mr. Ugarte is a multi-lingual partner who focuses his practice on international arbitration, international litigation, and complex commercial litigation.
