Rex Sessions Featured as Favorite Employment Lawyer by Law360

Winston & Strawn partner Rex Sessions was honored as a favorite employment lawyer in a Law360 article titled "In-House Attys Reveal Topflight Employment Lawyers" published February 1, 2012.

The article discusses the 2012 BTI Client Service All-Stars report, which lists 272 attorneys named by corporate counsel for their outstanding client service, 28 of whom are employment attorneys. BTI’s analysis for The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms 2012 is based on in-depth interviews in which BTI asks general counsel, without any prompting or hints, to provide detailed reports on the attorneys who drive superior client relationships and set the bar for excellent client service. Law firms and their attorneys have no influence on the rankings as inclusion in this report is driven solely by direct feedback from corporate counsel. Though many factors went into the selection process, the article points out that the honored attorneys were chosen primarily for their strong communication skills and their ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients.
