Peter Morgan Joins Winston & Strawn in New York

NEW YORK, NY — Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce that Peter Morgan has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.

Mr. Morgan concentrates his practice on structured finance, leasing, lending, private equity, and fund formation. He represents insurers, underwriters, placement agents, investors, banks, issuers, and borrowers in public and private securitizations and securitization-style warehouse financings; lessors, lessees, owner participants, and arrangers in lease transactions; and specialty finance companies, banks, and funds in senior secured, second-lien, and mezzanine financings, as well as high-yield debt issuances.

Mr. Morgan received his B.S. in Accounting from New York University and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He joins Winston from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
