Pete Morgan Moderates Panel at PACENation Summit 2023

Pete Morgan moderated the “Managing PACE Delinquencies” panel at the PACENation Summit on June 6, 2023. Winston & Strawn was a proud sponsor of the event.

Key takeaways from Pete’s panel include:

• PACE delinquencies, while still very low, have seen modest increases in the last year given the current economic environment (higher interest rates, lower commercial occupancies, and less available construction capital). 

• Overwhelmingly, most PACE delinquencies cure themselves, including, at times, via the senior lenders or tax liens programs advancing delinquent PACE. 

• There are important differences to consider when managing an R-PACE delinquency versus a C-PACE delinquency.
