Paul Amiss Featured in The Times

Will the FCA’s Listing Rule changes result in the UK becoming a leading global market for SPACs? Winston & Strawn London Partner Paul Amiss recently wrote an opinion piece for The Times on the rule changes, asserting that the FCA’s decision has “released London from the self-imposed shackles and regulatory hurdles holding back their creation locally.”

Paul added that the challenge now is to build a sustainable market and to convince investors of the merits of the model.
