Paris Arbitration Week (PAW) 2020

Winston & Strawn was pleased to sponsor Paris Arbitration Week (PAW) 2020 being held 6-10 July 2020. This annual event brings together the international arbitration community for a week of academic debates and professional exchange with over 60 official events, welcoming over 2,000 participants from all over the world.

As part of the program, Winston & Strawn LLP and the Ukrainian Arbitration Association co-sponsored the event “Gone With the Wind, Burnt by the Sun: Recent Trends and Future Forecasts in Investment Arbitration in the Renewable Energy Sector” on July 8. International Arbitration Partner Maria Kostytska spoke on the panel which provided an overview of recent trends and future forecasts in investment arbitration in the renewable energy sector (RES).
