Papez Addresses U Penn Law School on Justice Thomas’s 20 Years on the Supreme Court

Elizabeth Papez, an appellate litigation partner in Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office, addressed the University of Pennsylvania Law School student body as part of panel discussion on Justice Thomas’s 20 year anniversary on the U.S. Supreme Court, held on March 21, 2012.

The panel highlighted and debated the Justice’s approach to constitutional and statutory issues and discussed his contributions to the Court’s jurisprudence on matters ranging from First, Fourth, and Eighth Amendment rights to Government regulation of private interests.
