Maritime partner Charlie Papavizas, based in Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office, spoke at the 2nd annual Texas Offshore Wind Energy Roundtable (TOWER) Conference held on October 2-3, 2011 in Houston. The conference addressed the state of the offshore wind industry globally and consisted of a combination of keynotes, panel discussion, and breakout sessions.
Mr. Papavizas addressed solutions and compliance strategies of the Jones Act.
