Papavizas Speaks at “Rebuilding America & Creating Jobs: A Maritime Initiative”

Maritime partner Charlie Papavizas, based in Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office, served as a panel moderator for the Maritime Executive magazine's Rebuilding America & Creating Jobs - A Jones Act Forum held on May 7-8, 2012 in Baltimore. The forum serves as the beginning of a national campaign to jump start the economy and discussed ways in which the Jones Act can help to rebuild America's industrial base and further generate employment.

The two-day forum had four panels of discussion, including:
