The Covid-19 crisis has had many consequences regarding labor law.

The recap meetings, which were supposed to be held for the first time no later than March 6, 2020, have been postponed to December 31, 2020.

As a reminder, such meeting is intended to check every 6 years whether the employee:

  • Benefited, during that period, from biennial professional meetings; and
  • From at least one training action.

From January 1, 2021, in companies with at least fifty employees, if the employer does not implement biennial meetings and extralegal trainings, it will spontaneously make a corrective contribution to the CPF (personal training account) amounting to €3,000 per employee concerned.

The employer shall make such contribution no later than March 1, 2021.

We are obviously at your disposal if you want additional information or if you want us to help you to prepare these meetings.
