Michael Stepek Speaks at International Dispute Resolution: Problems and Solutions Conference

International Arbitration Partner Michael Stepek spoke at the International Dispute Resolution: Problems and Solutions conference hosted by The IDR Group U.K., Istanbul Bar Association, and Altinbas University on October 20 in Istanbul. The conference brought together legal professionals from the U.K., U.S., Greece, Poland, China, Singapore, Turkey, and Netherlands.

Michael presented on a panel titled “A Selection of Problems: Energy, Climate Change, Third Party Funding, and Third Parties to an Arbitration” and moderated the “International Dispute Resolution Organizations: Solutions” panel.

Michael focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and litigation, investment treaty arbitration, and public and private law, with a particular emphasis on disputes involving the control of corporate entities, foreign direct investment, concession agreements, major infrastructure projects, and joint ventures.
