Partner Michael Pikiel presented “Infrastructure U.S. - A Year On” as part of the International Project Finance Association’s (IPFA) Webinar on May 10. The presentation provided an update on the current state of the infrastructure industry in the U.S. 

The webinar addressed the following topics:

  • The impact of the Tax Cut and Jobs Act;
  • The likelihood that Congress will advance infrastructure legislation in the current session; and
  • The impact of changes to the landscape for domestic and international market participants.

Michael has more than 15 years of experience handling transactions for clients in the infrastructure, transportation, and energy sectors. He represents sponsors, developers, investors, lenders, and underwriters in a wide range of projects and complex finance transactions, including project financings and acquisition financings.
