Matt DalSanto Speaks at Class Action Money and Ethics Conference

Matt DalSanto spoke at the 2018 Class Action Money and Ethics Conference in New York on May 7, 2018.

Matt is on the “Plaintiffs Placing Themselves in Harm’s Way” panel, which examined the role of professional plaintiffs in class actions and also whether plaintiffs’ intentionally incurring harm can demonstrate the common impact requirement necessary for class certification.

He focuses his practice on the areas of antitrust and unfair competition law, intellectual property law, and the use of economic and statistical analysis in legal matters.
