Mats Carlston Named to List of Lawdragon Legends of 2023

Winston & Strawn New York Managing Partner and Finance Practice Co-Chair Mats Carlston was named to the list of Lawdragon Legends of 2023. The list acknowledges attorneys who have been recognized with Lawdragon 500 distinction 10 times or more. 

Mats has more than 25 years of experience representing lead arrangers, agents, lenders, investors, sponsors, and borrowers in domestic and cross-border senior and junior financings, with an emphasis on leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of private equity sponsored enterprises. He has represented domestic and international commercial and investment banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, publicly and privately held corporations. Mats has represented portfolio companies in leveraged, high grade, and mezzanine financings, including acquisitions, working capital facilities, restructurings and workouts covering many industries, including hospitality, media and telecommunications, healthcare, retail, and energy.
