Maritime & Admiralty Practice Chair Charlie Papavizas was featured on the October 19 edition of Platts Capitol Crude: The U.S. Oil Policy Podcast. Mr. Papavizas joined Platts senior editors Herman Wang and Brian Scheid as they examined how the U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and Coast Guard are publicly pushing Customs and Border Protection for some relief from the Jones Act, the popular, century-old law.
