Winston Attorneys Selected to Serve on Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards

Winston & Strawn partners Jonathan Birenbaum and Michael Elkin have been selected to serve on Law360’s editorial advisory boards in 2015. The purpose of the advisory boards is to provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and to gain insight from professionals in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

Jonathan Birenbaum was selected to serve on the energy advisory board for the second year in a row. Mr. Birenbaum is a partner in the firm’s New York office who concentrates his practice on acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, and general corporate law matters, principally in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Michael Elkin serves on Law360’s intellectual property board for the third consecutive year. Mr. Elkin is the managing partner of Winston & Strawn’s New York office and chair of the firm’s copyright, entertainment, and digital media practice. He is a widely recognized IP trial lawyer who has handled several leading digital media cases in the entertainment space.
