Maria Kostytska Speaks at International Law Institute in Washington, D.C.

Winston & Strawn international arbitration and litigation attorney Maria Kostytska presented at the International Law Institute (ILI) as part of a two-week course on International Investment Agreements and Investor-State Arbitration. The course was held November 1-12 in Washington, D.C.

This ILI course focused on international standards for the treatment of bilateral investments and various methods for resolution of investment related disputes, including mediation, contract renegotiation and arbitration. On November 2, Ms. Kostytska presented on the topic of "Applicable Law in Investment Arbitration." Participants in this course included lawyers, investors and government officials responsible for drafting, negotiating and interpreting investment agreements and resolving investment disputes.
