Linda Coberly Speaks at DRI’s 11th Appellate Advocacy Seminar

Winston & Strawn partner Linda Coberly spoke at DRI’s 11^th Appellate Advocacy Seminar on July 17, 2014, in Chicago. The seminar, held July 17 and 18, featured speakers on an array of topics and also coincided with the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence’s annual symposium, which is attended by over 100 sitting state court appellate judges.

Ms. Coberly participated in the panel discussion “Building an Appellate Practice” alongside other distinguished appellate practitioners, offering practical guidance on building a successful appellate practice and career. The panel also touched on credential building, networking, developing and growing a practice inside and outside a firm, and nurturing the development of an appellate practice team.

Ms. Coberly is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice and chairs the firm’s appellate and critical motions practice. She also serves on the firm's executive committee.
