Linda Coberly Named to Crain’s Chicago 2020 List of Notable Women in Law

Winston Partner Linda Coberly—Chicago Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Appellate & Critical Motions Practice—is recognized on Crain’s Chicago list of Notable Women in Law. 

Linda was recognized for her work helping to bring about Illinois’ historic ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment in 2018, and her continued leadership in supporting the ERA nationwide. Linda serves as chair of the ERA Coalition’s Legal Task Force, frequently speaks about the ERA, and leads the firm’s pro bono efforts in support of the ERA, including in a recent amicus brief on behalf of more than 50 leading organizations in the women’s movement.
