Linda Coberly Featured on “Chicago Tonight”

Chicago Managing Partner and Appellate & Critical Motions Practice Chair Linda Coberly was featured on “Chicago Tonight” on June 27, 2016, where she joined a panel to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling to strike down a Texas abortion access law and its deadlock on immigration. Host Carol Marin led the discussion with Ms. Coberly, who clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer from 1998-1999, along with three other former clerks. The segment also included a discussion of affirmative action, contraception, public union fees, and public corruption.
