In its profile of Winston's Geneva-based international arbitration practice, The European Legal 500 highlights managing partner Marc Palay as both 'pragmatic' and 'flexible,' and for leading a team "praised for its excellent coordination by clients, and [that] continues to attract the most complex and high-profile arbitrations in Europe, with a case portfolio [in] value close to $1 billion."
