Jeffrey Kessler, a partner in Winston & Strawn's New York office, was cited in NBCSports.com's ProFootballTalk on May 21, 2012. The article, "Foxworth, Kessler make case to players, agents on CBA gains," discusses the letters provided by National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) president Domonique Foxworth and Mr. Kessler, who serves as outside counsel to all players and NFLPA-certified agents.

Mr. Kessler's letter provides more detail regarding the NFLPA's recent assessment for players entitled "The Economic Truth About The New NFL CBA." Explaining the gains made by players in the new labor deal, his letter represents the first detailed response to criticism of the collective bargaining agreement. His letter outlines nine arguments aimed at countering "anti-player critics" who have made "grossly inaccurate" claims that "demonstrate a fundamental misunderstanding" of the current CBA and its predecessor.

Coverage of the Foxworthy and Kessler letters has appeared in various other publications, including NFL.com.
