Winston & Strawn Partner Kelly Hunsaker moderated the Corporate Counsel panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2022 Bench & Bar Conference, June 15-18, in Sea Island, Georgia.

The conference—which offered both virtual and in-person registration options—had numerous opportunities to network and engage with adjudicators, government policymakers, leaders, top practitioners, and other members of the Federal Circuit community.

On June 18, Kelly moderated a distinguished panel of in-house counsel from Microsoft, Qualcomm, Sanofi, and Bausch + Lomb on the considerations and challenges in-house counsels face in managing global disputes and how U.S. outside counsels can assist with patent disputes involving co-pending litigations, worldwide and U.S.-assisted discovery for foreign actions, and patent office proceedings around the globe.
