Winston & Strawn is proud to announce that partner Keerthika Subramanian has been invited to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), a prestigious, invitation-only honor recognizing exceptional leadership, professional achievement, and dedication to the legal profession. Fellowship in the ABF is limited to the top one percent of lawyers, judges, and legal academics in the United States.
A graduate of Yale Law School and former member of the Yale Law School faculty, Keerthika is a nationally recognized authority in capital markets, corporate governance, AI governance, financial services, and life sciences and biotechnology. She has an outstanding record of advising on some of the most complex, transformative, and mission-critical transactions across industries and on Wall Street. Her work reflects a deep commitment to excellence and thoughtful leadership within the legal profession.
