Katrina Eash Named as One of Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Award Recipients

Winston & Strawn Partner Katrina Eash was selected as one of Dallas Business Journal’s 2023 Women in Business award recipients. For over a decade, the DBJ’s Women in Business Awards program has highlighted decision makers across the metroplex that have shaped the North Texas business community through legal services, civil service, nonprofits and more. This prestigious award is given to influential women who go above and beyond both in their business and community, continuing to impact the Texas business landscape for years to come.

In a Q&A with the publication following her win, Katrina discussed a range of topics including her career trajectory, recent achievements, and the professional environment for women in North Texas.

When discussing where she has gleaned professional inspiration from other women, Katrina said "As a young attorney, I had very few female mentors to look to. But the ones that I did have helped to understand the obstacles I would experience in practicing big law and provided excellent examples of how to overcome those obstacles. I didn't follow their path every time, but there were often instances when I did. And in those instances, I could not have been more thankful for the examples they provided."

Katrina was recognized at an awards lunch in Dallas on August 30, 2023.
