Kathi Vidal Speaks on UPWARD U.N.I.T.E.S. Women: Navigating Your Career Confidently
November 2, 2020
Intel, UPWARD, and Santa Clara University collaborated to build a community that helps advance the careers of women in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) through mentorship, networking, educational programs, and events.
This program included a series of monthly virtual events that brought Intel engineers and industry thought leaders together with faculty and students currently enrolled in engineering and science programs at SCU. The events strive to engage, encourage, and build a community of women entering STEM fields by demonstrating that there is a strong and accessible group of engineers at Intel to welcome, support, and facilitate their career advancement.
On November 2, Kathi Vidal (Partner, Winston & Strawn) joined Dr. Karen A. Panetta (IEEE Fellow) and Amy Waterman (Director, Technology Advocacy Intel) for a panel discussion that provided insights and advice to future women in STEM on how to navigate their careers with confidence.
