On November 19, Kathi Vidal, managing partner of Winston & Strawn's Silicon Valley office, spoke on a panel titled “Streamlining Lower-Value Patent Cases” with Judge Alan D Albright at the 2020 Sedona Conference Working Group 10 (WG10) on Patent Litigation Best Practices. Kathi is also the chair of WG10. This year’s meeting was held virtually in conjunction with the Working Group 9 on Patent Damages and Remedies.
