Silicon Valley Managing Partner Kathi Vidal moderated the “Federal Circuit Judges Panel” at the ChIPs Women in Tech, Law & Policy Global Summit on October 18 in Washington, D.C. Kathi is nationally-recognized for trying high-profile, high-stakes, and high-tech patent disputes for leading companies.

This annual summit brought together hundreds of women from a wide array of backgrounds, including private and public corporations, academia, law firms, judiciary, governmental agencies and institutes, and public interest, to engage in dialogue on cutting edge issues relating to intellectual property and build relationships with one another. ChIPs is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing and connecting women in technology, law and policy. ChIPs seeks to accelerate innovation in these areas by increasing diversity of thought, participation and engagement.
