Kathi Vidal Leads Fireside Chat at 2025 IP Counsel Café

The annual meeting brought together leaders in IP to discuss emerging landscapes and new strategies for staying ahead of the latest risks and business impacts in intellectual property. 

This year, Winston partner Kathi Vidal attended and lead a fireside chat with Nikki Vo, Director & Associate General Counsel and Head of IP Litigation at Meta. Additionally, Partner Mike Rueckheim lead a lunch roundtable discussion on the industries non-practicing entities are targeting.

The conference focused on American innovation in the midst of uncertain and turbulent times with discussions on changes with the new administration, the future of the USPTO, generative AI, and more.
