On October 20 at Stanford Law School, Silicon Valley Managing Partner Kathi Vidal participated in a panel at the Patent Law in Global Perspective Conference titled “Current procedural issues in patent law, including patent venue, stays pending IPR, and the constitutionality of the IPR process.”
The conference explored the impact of the dramatic changes to the patent system over the last decade, including on patent litigation, patent prosecution, and management, and looked at alternatives to patent protection.
