Winston & Strawn Partner Jonathan D. Brightbill sat down with NPR’s “Morning Edition” to discuss an ongoing Supreme Court case regarding the Clean Air Act and the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from electric generating units.

Jonathan previously represented the United States in the case before the Court of Appeals. He discussed constitutional questions, including the arguments that “Congress cannot delegate unlimited power to executive agencies, no matter what the circumstances are.”
