Joan Fife Speaks at Fourth Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Conference

Winston & Strawn San Francisco office managing partner Joan Fife spoke at the State Bar of California Labor & Employment Law Section’s Fourth Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Conference on July 30, 2014, in Los Angeles. The conference featured panel presentations on topics including:

• Issues that arise in litigation and resolving wage and hour cases
• The United States Supreme Court and its impact on the practice of wage and hour law
• An overview of wage and hour practice

Ms. Fife is the head of the firm’s San Francisco labor and employment group. She represents employers throughout the country in class action employment litigation and was named in 2009 and 2010 as one of the Daily Journal’s “Top Women Litigators in California,” and in 2010-2012 as one of the “Top Labor and Employment Lawyers” by the San Francisco Daily Journal.
