Joan Fife Participates in California Lawyer Labor and Employment Roundtable

Labor and employment partner Joan Fife, who serves as managing partner of the firm's San Francisco office, participated in California Lawyer's roundtable on labor and employment on October 8, 2012 in San Francisco. The roundtable consisted of a panel of California-based professionals who discussed such issues as social media policies, non-union employees, class action waivers in employment arbitration, and the significance of Brinker Restaurant Corp. v. Superior Court.
