Jennifer Golinveaux Speaks at Lavender Law Conference

Litigation partner Jennifer Golinveaux, based in the San Francisco office, spoke at the LGBT Bar Association's 2012 Lavender Law Conference, held August 23-25, in Washington D.C.

Ms. Golinveaux spoke at the workshop titled, "Brand Enforcement on the Internet for 2012." The panel discussed cutting-edge brand enforcement issues on the Internet, including social media, the new generic top-level domain program, and recent related caselaw. The presentation assisted both in-house and outside counsel to keep up with innovations in the constantly changing Internet environment.
