Jeffrey Kessler Speaks on Antitrust Issues Before the Supreme Court

Winston & Strawn Co-Executive Chairman and Antitrust/Competition Practice Co-Chair Jeffrey Kessler will speak on the panel “The Supreme Court in 2022” at the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section Annual Meeting on January 18, 2023.

The panelists will offer predictions about antitrust issues that might come before the Supreme Court and what a supermajority conservative Court might do. The discussion will cover the boundaries of conduct that the government can prosecute as criminal, further narrowing of the per se rule, more on two-sided markets, and issues at the intersection of antitrust and IP.
