Winston & Strawn Co-Executive Chairman Jeffrey Kessler sat down with Bloomberg’s “Uncommon Law” podcast to discuss the impact of NCAA v. Alston on college athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights, as well as the future of college athlete compensation, which will be significantly impacted by the outcome of the House v. NCAA case in which Jeffrey is co-lead counsel.

“By allowing individual conferences to regulate,” Jeffrey said, “we [would] get to the correct economic outcome—where the athletes that generate huge revenues get to partake in those revenues.”

Listen to the rest of Jeffrey’s insights in the full episode.
