Jeff Wilkerson Speaks on Panel at George Washington University's Class Action Case Law and Practice Review Conference

On November 11, Jeff Wilkerson spoke at the second annual Class Action Case Law and Practice Review Conference at George Washington University Law School. This bench-bar conference reviewed case law and practice developments that have arisen in class actions during the past year.

The conference provided an opportunity to engage directly with panelists, including prominent lawyers and judges.

Six 90-minute panels of 30 lawyers and judges examined changes that have arisen in case law or practices during the past 12 months. Jeff sat in a on a panel discussion titled “Early Vetting of and Motions to Strike Class-Action Individual Allegations.”
