Jeanifer Parsigian Named as a Lawyer on the Fast Track During the 2022 California Legal Awards

Winston & Strawn Partner Jeanifer Parsigian was named as a Lawyer on the Fast Track during The Recorder’s 2022 California Legal Awards. This recognition celebrates lawyers under the age of 40 who represent the next generation of legal leaders. Lawyers on the Fast Track award winners were determined based on an evaluation process conducted by a panel of judges from the California legal community. 

Based in the firm's San Francisco office, Jeanifer focuses her practice on all aspects of antitrust/competition, sports law, intellectual property, and complex litigation. She regularly represents major U.S. and multinational corporations in connection with a wide array of federal and state antitrust and competition issues including monopolization, price-fixing, wage-fixing, unfair competition, and mixed issues of antitrust and intellectual property law relating to Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) obligations. She has also represented clients facing patent infringement, employment discrimination claims, and consumer fraud and other business tort and breach of contract claims.
