Jason Jun Shares Insights on Market Conditions in Leveraged Finance with Octus

Winston & Strawn partner and co-chair of the Leveraged Finance Practice, Jason Jun, was quoted in Octus’ Americas Leveraged Finance Weekly discussing evolving conditions in the leveraged finance market as deal activity begins to rebound following a slower close to April.

“Right now, there’s a bifurcation in terms of underwriting,” Jason said, “You either have a really strong deal where you can still push through some very aggressive terms, especially in the broadly syndicated market, or it’s not, so it takes longer or faces more resistance because people aren’t as eager.”
