Ivan Poullaos Presents at the National Meeting of the American Chemical Society

Winston & Strawn litigation associate Ivan Poullaos participated in the National Meeting of the American Chemical Society, Section of Chemistry and Law on August 23 in Boston. Mr. Poullaos participated in the session "Recent Trends in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Patent Law" where he presented on "The 'Written Description' requirement after the Ariad case: What it is and what it means for pharmaceutical patent litigation."

The program theme for the American Chemical Society's Fall 2010 National Meeting and Exposition was "Chemistry for Combating & Preventing Disease."
