IP Attorney David Dalke Joins Winston & Strawn

David Dalke’s recent move to Winston & Strawn was featured in various publications, including U.S. News & World Report’s “Law Firm Insider,” American Lawyer’s “The Churn,” Managing Intellectual Property, the Daily Journal, the Daily Deal, and The Recorder. Mr. Dalke joins Winston’s Los Angeles office as of counsel in the intellectual property practice.

Mr. Dalke is both a scientist and registered patent attorney with a background in immunology and molecular biology. He has experience representing clients on matters related to life sciences, including biotechnology, nanotechnology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, gene therapy, antisense technology, as well as gaming machine software, and welding rod chemistry. He joins the firm from O’Melveny & Myers.
