Winston & Strawn Partner Diana Hughes Leiden co-authored “Imposter Syndrome in Big Law Millennials: A Survival Guide,” featured in the August 2, 2018 edition of The Recorder. Although imposter syndrome can and does affect attorneys at any career stage, millennials working in Big Law may be particularly susceptible by virtue of their generation’s shared values and the realities of large-firm practice. Diana offers three things law firms can provide to help millennials overcome this syndrome, as well as five ideas for the millennial workforce to consider.

Diana practices trademark, copyright, right of publicity, and antitrust litigation, focusing on emerging technology and internet issues. She has represented a number of technology and media companies in cutting-edge intellectual property matters.
