Ian Borman Speaks at LMA’s Loan Operations Conference

Finance Partner Ian Borman will speak at Loan Market Association’s (LMA) Loan Operations Conference on June 6, 2019. This event provides a forum for market participants to discuss the challenges facing loan operations teams in an effort to bring about increased efficiencies in the loan process as a whole. The program will share views on the key issues and challenges shaping the loan operations area today from documentation to fintech innovation and the many influences on the market's functionality.

Ian will speak on a panel titled “Trends in the European Market,” which will provide an overview of the trends currently being set in the European loan market and predictions of what the second half of 2019 has in store.

Ian advises on international finance transactions focusing on leveraged finance, asset-backed lending, and complex real estate financing, especially those involving cross-border structuring, restructuring, or intercreditor arrangements.
