Winston & Strawn partners Jennifer Golinveaux and Becky Troutman, both based in the firm's San Francisco office, presented at ACC's September Program, held September 11-12, 2012 in San Franciso and Palo Alto respectively.
On a panel titled "Trademark and Copyright Issues on Social Media: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly," Ms. Golinveaux and Ms. Troutman provided practical tips and considerations for addressing copyright, trademark and related issues on social media forums.
Jennifer Seibly, Director, Business Affairs from Lucasfilm Entertainment, Adam C. Brink, Associate Corporate Counsel for The Clorox Company, and J. Caleb Donaldson, Copyright Counsel for Google Inc., joined them on the panel.
Jennifer Golinveaux concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, primarily in the area of intellectual property, with a focus on copyright, patent, trademark, and internet litigation and counseling.
