Francisco Flores Selected as 2017 LCLD Fellows

Winston & Strawn has chosen Partner Francisco Flores to be a member of the 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program. Over the course of a year, the highly qualified class will build relationships that enhance professional development, cultivate their professional brand, participate in corporate learning experiences, and sharpen their leadership skills.

Launched in 2011, the Fellows Program is designed to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s top law firms and corporate legal departments. The program strives to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership and relationship skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large.

Past Fellows Program participants include Winston Partners Steve Flores and Tim Kincaid.
