New Tax Partner Dean Hinderliter’s move to Winston & Strawn was recently featured in Law360. He has a background in the tax-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, public offerings, tax-free reorganizations, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and S corporation issues.

Dean told Law360 that joining Winston will give his clients access to the deep pool of legal expertise across practices that the firm can offer. He went on to say that Winston’s sophisticated client base also will present many tax challenges that he can sort out.
